For customers within the United States, we offer free returns within 14 days from shipment on full price merchandise. To qualify for a return all items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with hangtags still attached. The item(s) must be returned within the original poly bag it was sealed in with no visible wear or damage.
How to Initiate a Return
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization with "Return Request" and your Order Number in the subject line. Please provide a description of the reason for your return, along with the product name, color, and size. Once authorization has been granted, Chapter will provide a pre-paid return label. All returns must be shipped within two (2) business days of receiving the return label.
We are unable to process returns for international orders at this time; therefore all items will be final sale for international customers.
Sale items purchased within the US can only be returned for store credit.
If you wish to exchange an item we ask that you please initiate a return and then proceed with a separate transaction for the desired garment.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, we will notify you that your return has been accepted. Once the return is approved, Chapter Goods will process the return within two (2) business days.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. We are unable to refund any applicable taxes or duties. Please reach out to email@example.com with any questions.
